  Periodic maintenance

  For periodic maintenance, the database and public comments are not available during the following periods.
  Every day: 3:00 a.m.– 5:00 a.m.
  The 1st and 3rd Sundays of every month: 3:00 a.m. –12:00 a.m.

  The website is read by a wide range of people throughout the world, including elderly people, people with disabilities, and people who have trouble using a keyboard or mouse.
  JISC has created this website in adherence to the JIS standards on accessibility of web contents “JISX8341-3 Guidelines for all people including the elderly and people with disabilities – Telecommunication equipment, software, and services – Part 3: Web contents.” However, some pages contain contents for which adequate consideration of accessibility has not been given. As of April 1, 2005, measures are being discussed.
